Female Genital Mutilation


This service educates the medical community and African refugee women on the consequences of female circumcision, known as Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). FGM was once a funded program. Although funding is much needed, SWCA continues to educate the public on this issue in order to eradicate the practice of FGM.
