Case Management

Case Management provides an unlimited range of services to walk-in clients. Assistance comes on a first-come-first-serve basis and may be rendered one time only, although some clients have appreciated long-term assistance.

Assistance includes such things as making phone calls, writing letters, and filling out job applications. Somalis are encouraged to utilize these services.
